Bay 01 · Surveillance
Persistent eyes for perimeter, border and crowd operations. A 30× EO/IR gimbal, encrypted command link and 55 minutes aloft on a single pack, launched from the back of a jeep.
Bay 02 · Inspection
Guarded rotors for bridges, transmission lines, flare stacks and solar farms. LiDAR and radiometric thermal share one pod, with 360° obstacle sensing for work a metre from the structure.
Bay 03 · Logistics
Medical, mining and island supply runs on a hybrid powertrain. Eight motors on four arms in a coaxial X8 layout, so it keeps flying with a motor out. Weatherproof cargo bay, automated winch drop, and a route planner that files Digital Sky permissions before wheels-up.
Bay 04 · Fire safety
Reaches the 30th floor before the ladder truck leaves the station. Pressurised foam and water line, extinguishing-ball launcher and a thermal sight to find the seat of the fire through smoke.
Bay 05 · Rescue
Flood, cliff and open-water response. A 20,000-lumen floodlight, loudhailer and a 20 kg winch for flotation rings and medical kits, flown from the riverbank or a moving boat.
Bay 06 · Facade cleaning
Cleans glass, ACP and stone facades without cradles or scaffolding. Power and water arrive up the tether, so endurance is limited by the shift, not the battery.
Bay 07 · Passenger
City and pilgrimage routes without the road. Eight coaxial rotors, triple-redundant flight control and a ballistic parachute. Any four rotors can land it.
Autonomy stack
Every Vayuveer aircraft flies the same flight controller, the same ground station and the same permission workflow. Train a crew once and they can operate the whole fleet.
Triple-redundant flight computer with dissimilar IMUs. Loses a motor, a GNSS fix or a link and keeps flying the mission.
No permission, no take-off. Permission artefacts from Digital Sky are fetched, signed and logged on the aircraft before every flight.
Dual-path link over LTE and a 2.4/5.8 GHz mesh, with AES-256 encryption and automatic fail-over between the two.
Sealed motors and conformal-coated boards. Rated for driving rain, red dust and 45 °C flight-line temperatures.
One mechanical and electrical payload bus across the fleet. Gimbal, LiDAR, winch, tank or cargo bay, no tools required.
Plan, fly and review any aircraft from the same rugged tablet. Flight logs sync to your servers, not ours.
Compliance
Indian airspace is zoned, certified and logged. Vayuveer aircraft are engineered for that system rather than adapted to it afterwards.
